The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has established a helpline for drugs track and trace, in order to ensure uninterrupted supply of Russian citizens with medicines for the period of measures taken to stabilize the epidemiological situation in the country, in the period of a difficult situation associated with "panic demand" for a number of medicines following the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic

We kindly ask you to inform us about all cases of medicines loss of manufacturing into civil circulation, as well as about disruptions of supplying marked medicines due to the problems with the information system interaction for monitoring the movement of medicinal products.

Reporting forms for distributors
and manufacturers

The proposed forms are sent to legal entities that are subjects of circulation of medicinal products in accordance with the Regulations No. 1954 as of 31.12.2019 to collect information on manufacturers' preparedness for track and trace / progress of implementation / results of the system implementation for drug track and trace with the application of cryptographic codes.
